A Musical Fundraiser for Children in Need

The Riverfront Children’s Center of Groton, hosts “Amor, Amor and Amor,” a cabaret style performance by pianist Dr. Lucas Wong and soprano Angela Dinkelman at 6 p.m. April 28 at the La Grua Center in Stonington.
The program will include works by Kurt Weill, Richard Strauss, Jerome Kern and more.
Canadian pianist Lucas Wong is a multi-faceted pianist and a keen interpreter of contemporary works, earning him a reputation as a diversified soloist, chamber musician, teacher and repetiteur.
Soprano Angela Dinkelman is a recent graduate of the Masters in Music Program at the New School for Music Mannes College in New York City. Dinkelman already has to her credit, roles in The Magic Flute, Don Giovanni and Hansel and Gretel among others. In addition, she has worked with the dell’Arte Opera Ensemble and has performed in several premiere works with the New York Lyric Opera.
Tickets are available now at a special advance sale price of $20. All proceeds will benefit the Riverfront Children’s Center Tuition Program for at-risk children.
