Fitness Class for Developmentally Disabled, Wednesdays

Wednesday   TIME:  6:00 pm to

6 p.m., limited class size; bring a towel, water and yoga mat; teenagers to seniors welcome; Wednesdays at 6 p.m. and Saturdays at 10 a.m.; $5 pp; runs for 10-weeks; call to sign up (860) 460-8732.
