Wednesday   TIME:  1:00 pm to 7:00 pm

What to do when the Norwich Public Schools have early dismissal? Drop in to the Otis Library with your child and create a fun Autumn craft together. We’ll supply the craft materials and you and your child can supply the creativity! Best for ages 3 & up. Drop-in. This program is made possible by a grant from People’s United Bank.
