1 p.m., ceremonies followed by buffet dinner; veterans from Rocky Hill Veterans Hospital to be honored; a speaker and performances by the Submarine Base Dolphins Drill Team and the New London Junior ROTC Color Guard; area Veterans groups and the public are invited.
