With so many soldiers coming home from Iraq and Afghanistan, the courts are seeing a growing number of criminal and civil cases stemming from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder from homicide to domestic assault to drunk driving. Connecticut Justice Barry Schaller an appellate judge who retired from the state Supreme Court in 2008 -- writes about this trend in his new book, "Veterans on Trial -- the Coming Court Battles over PTSD."
