Zumba Gold

Registration has begun for a Winter session of Zumba Gold® at the Ledyard Senior Center. Zumba® Gold is designed for the active older adult, the true beginner, people who are not used to exercising and people who may be physically limited. The class strives to improve balance, strength, flexibility and most importantly, the heart. Steps are very easy to learn and include Salsa, Cha Cha, Merengue, Cumbia, Salsa, Belly Dance, Flamenco, and Tango. Classes will be held on Thursdays beginning January 10, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. and will run for 10 weeks. Fee is $20.
