-Stories Galore! A Festival of Stories and Books

Saturday   TIME:  10:00 am to 4:00 pm

An all-day celebration of literature and reading for young children and their families. The day will feature children's book authors, Josh Chalmers and Susan Hood, sharing their stories through animated readings. Brave Princess from Simply Enchanted will be visiting, too. Craft and activity stations led by museum educators where you can write and illustrate your own story, learn how to bind your book, engage your imagination with our dress up station and glitter facepainting, and more!

Schedule:
10am-4pm: Craft & Activity Stations
10am-12pm: Enchanted Fairytale appearance by the Brave Princess
12-12:30pm: Josh Chalmers reading from his recently published book, "Change the World Before Bedtime"
2-2:30pm: Susan Hood reads, "Spike, The Mixed-up Monster"
